  • Yes! We are in-network with:

    CDPHP, MVP, UHC (excluding Oxford and community plans), and BCBS (excluding Anthem and Excellus).

    We do not bill out-of-network (OON), but we will provide a medical receipt for you to be reimbursed for outside payment. You would need to reach out to your plan to find out if you have OON benefits.

  • Yes! We do both in-person and remote therapy. Our office is off of Wolf Rd in Albany.

  • Our intake team has a guide that lists each therapist's specialties, therapy approaches, and their current availability.
