FAQ

  • Yes! We are in-network with:

    CDPHP, MVP,Optum/UnitedHealthcare (excluding Oxford and community plans), and Blue Shield of Northeastern NY (excluding Anthem and Excellus).

    We do not bill out-of-network (OON), but we will provide a medical receipt for you to be reimbursed for outside payment. You would need to reach out to your plan to find out if you have OON benefits.

  • Yes, we do offer in-person therapy sessions in our Albany office. However, availability is very limited due to high demand. Please contact us to learn more about our current options.
