In-Network: We are currently in-network with CDPHP (including Medicaid and Medicare plans), MVP (including Medicaid plans), Optum/UnitedHealthcare (excluding Oxford and community plans), and Blue Shield of Northeastern NY (which allows us to accept all BCBS plans as in-network, except Anthem and Excellus). We will still need to review your specific plan to verify any deductibles or copays.

Out-of-Network: Unfortunately, we don’t accept OON insurances. However, we do provide documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Some plans have great OON benefits and will cover psychotherapy while some plans have no benefits. If you’re interested in learning more about your OON insurance benefits, please reach out to your insurance provider.

If we don't take your insurance, we accept private-pay. Our rates are:

Individual therapy and Child/Teen therapy -- $150/session (~55 minutes).

Couples therapy -- $160/session (~55 minutes)

We do not accept cash or check, as all clients must have a card on file.

Yes, we do offer in-person therapy sessions in our Albany office. However, availability is very limited due to high demand. Please contact us to learn more about our current options.
